Erp Implementation

Erp Implementation

Now, start reaping from your investments very early with ArrowBench ’s unique cost effective and time saving technique of ERP implementation methodology to suit the specific needs of Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs). We have clearly defined the stages of implementation and each stage has a distinct set of activities and deliverables:

Initiation

We build credibility and take customer’s comfort to a next level by our exquisite way to initiate ERP implementation. This includes knowledge transfer from Pre-Sales team regarding customer's expectations, their pain points, and areas of improvement. We completely understand our 'Business', as we focus on:

  • Implementation Services - processes, methodology and teams to be involved
  • Setting up customer expectations for the engagement
  • Defining success criteria and defining milestones and high level project timelines

Deployment

The successful transition from the current legacy system to the all new ArrowBench , this stage marks the conclusion of the implementation project. There is more to this stage such as, end user training, User Acceptance Tests (UATs), actual hand-over to the staff and Post Go-Live Support.

Post successful implementation, ArrowBench waits before going-live in order to tune up the performance, until any critical issues are encountered & resolved. Finally, an Implementation Closure Issue List is prepared to keep a track of all the accomplished tasks and outstanding issues. Post go-live, support is provided by the ArrowBench consulting team.

Finalizing the Discovery

This stage defines the necessary activities for the entire project at a granular level. The implementation team gathers and documents customer's business processes and their functional requirements, which is further used as an input for Analysis Workshop in the Design stage. Additionally, all the purchased software (as per the contractual agreement) are installed in the customer environment. The customer is given an overview of the Master Data system requirements which forms the base for all future data setup in the system.

Finalizing the Initiation Stage

By this time we have a clear picture what is to be done, when is to be done and how is to be done, the major steps to be taken by staying in the project's boundaries/scope. Here we prepare a brief document called SOW that encapsulates the plan to go ahead and it keeps everyone on the same page by making them read from the page one.

Analysis

We believe in constantly analysing our progress with respect to customer’s map of requirements. Customer power-users are involved here to cross-check all is going well and nothing is missed-out. Here we calculate our further moves to meet functional requirements by detailed and iterative analysis workshop. A gate review is conducted to ensure that deliverables are as per quality standards.

Development

With approved solution blueprint, and populating the system with Customer Master Data, this stage incorporates with running the 'Pilot Configuration' based on the real customer scenario. The Pilot is done and performed by the ArrowBench consultant based on the customers' processes and requirements.

Project Closure

Final invoices, lessons learned and the Project Closure Report are prepared and this stage signifies the project completion and ready to be closed. Finally, a folder with all the project deliverable documents with their approvals till date is prepared. These are sent to the customer for review and a final sign off. At the end an acceptance is obtained, thus marking the end of the implementation cycle.

Design

With customer involvement in meetings and discussions we strive to achieve requirement feasibility with ArrowBench . The discovery stage lays foundation for the progress of the design and culminates with the completion of the Solution Blueprint Document.
